Lauren was a fantastic Wedding Coordinator! We met on several occasions to discuss exactly what my vision was for my wedding - she was patient, quick to understand my vision for my wedding, and asked great questions that made me feel comfortable knowing that she has thought of every little detail. The days right before the wedding and the day of she handled everything and it ran perfectly! It is so important to have a Wedding Coordinator and I am sooooo glad I had Lauren!

I have to say Lauren and Alex did an amazing job at our wedding. I asked them to be my eyes and ears at my wedding to ensure the hotel staff and vendors were there on-time, setup and ready to go. Lauren was also very helpful in helping us setup the wedding in the morning and breakdown the wedding at 10pm. What was really great was that, although most people did not notice Lauren and Alex (because they looked like the fit in perfectly), I did have a couple of my guests mention that they did see them taking care of business and ensuring everything went off without a hitch! I really was able to enjoy my day with my husband because they really took care of everything! Alex and Lauren are very professional and are willing to do whatever it takes to make your day memorable. I would highly recommend In-focus events to anyone getting married. it was essential to have Lauren and Alex to give me the peace of mind that things would be taken care of without me having to worry! So my Wedding Theme was a rustic Garden Wedding that was held on 9/20/2014 - My Total number of guests included 96 Adults and 4 children that were a part of my wedding party. I was engaged Last november 16th, 2013 and I decided that I wanted to hire a "Day of Wedding Coordinator" because I plan events for my College all the time whether it's Graduations with invites of 3000 guests, orientations etc and I know it takes a lot of work behind the scenes to pull of a big production. When I started my Wedding Search I was looking for someone similar to my working style with a great personality that would be easy to work with. I Interviewed 4 wedding planners in my area and they quite didn't have the organization that I was looking for like Lauren nor the personality. Lauren had everything in order including the contract, had spreadsheets on how she keeps herself organized etc. I knew after meeting with her that she was going to be my day of wedding coordinator. I would recommend Lauren and her team to all of my friends - My best friend may be engaged soon and she absolutely feel in love with Lauren and saw her in action the day of my wedding and she has asked me for Lauren's number. Lauren impressed me in many ways - but the day of my wedding I was so impressed how she just pulled it all together so beautifully and seemless and how I nor the groom had to worry about a thing. It gave me the opportunity to Love my wedding, enjoy my wedding and allowed all of my guests, my parents, My maid of honor and bridesmaids to relax and enjoy it too without doing a thing the day of. Lauren had it all covered and that really impressed me. *it's good to note I had my ceremony and the Reception at two different locations and she was at both making it happen. I think Lauren did her job very well. She's very professional but she has this amazing personality you can just work with and she communicates very well. I hired Lauren to be my "Day of Wedding Coordinator" so I did all of the planning but I did get stuck on many occasions during the planning and at all times I made a call to Lauren because I was stressing out and all times she assisted me. An example is when I was freaking out about the Day of Timeline - I couldn't make it work. She sat down with the both of us my Fiance at the time and myself and together she assisted us in creating the best timeline that suited us. She did this on many other occasions with many different items and that was more than what we had hired her for. She went above and beyond what she said she would do. Basically anytime I got stuck - I would text her or call her and she would keep me on track. You will be in great hands and so grateful that you hired her. I had the best wedding ever and it was so much fun because I had someone that took the stress away from us! The best investment ever!

I knew from the moment that I met Lauren from In Focus Events, she was going to make my wedding day seamless. My husband and I got married at Strawberry Farms Golf Club in March 2016. My mom and I had done most of the wedding preparations ourselves, so we just needed someone to help us execute all of our plans so that we could enjoy the day. After deciding to forego our venue's coordination services (which were over-priced considering the cost of the venue) and receiving tons of quotes from day-of coordinators that were way over our budget....I decided to turn to the Thumbtack app. By the GRACE OF GOD, I found Lauren on the app just a few months before our wedding! I had planned to meet with Lauren and a few other coordinators before making my decision. Luckily, I saved myself some time by meeting with Lauren first. I cancelled my other consultations and immediately signed a contract with In Focus Events. Even though we paid Lauren for Day-Of Coordination services, she went above and beyond to make herself available for me anytime I needed her. Not only did she meet with me several times leading up to our wedding, I was texting her at least weekly with different questions, concerns, advice, etc. She even calmed our panic attack when my mom and I realized late one night that my wedding dress didn't fit! She was AMAZING and truly cares about her brides. Fast forward to the week of the wedding, Lauren was on top of EVERYTHING. She reminded me of small details that I had missed (ash trays for our cigar bar) and helped me get my last minute to-do list done. She iinsisted on coming by to pick up ALL of our wedding decorations and macaron favors the day before the wedding so that she could set them up as soon as she arrived at the venue the next day, which was SO helpful to me since I turned in my apartment keys the day before our wedding. She even took all of the decor out of her car and reloaded on the wedding day to ensure it was safe overnight! I should also mention that after picking up all of our decor and taking it across town, she drove all the way back to coordinate our rehearsal later that afternoon! On our wedding day, Lauren was organized, fun, and beyond helpful. The day ran so smoothly, and even the minor hiccups (the florist forgot to give me a toss bouquet) were solved quickly by Lauren and her team. I am so grateful to In Focus Events for making my wedding day relaxing for myself and my family. As detailed people and Type-A personalities, its often difficult for my mom and I to hand over control to other people when it comes to special events, but we are SO grateful that we had Lauren to take care of the special day. I only wish that I could have Lauren organize more things in my life! I can't wait to work with her again and again. She was truly a blessing!
