- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Thumbtack customers we charge $300 a day, as a base rate. Oh, I guess that was not very complicated after all.!. :-)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Estimate of work in our bid, based on what the customer has said. 2) Free consultation to make sure we can please you, meet your deadline and needs. 3) Excellent work and frequent updates to you for your peace of mind 4) Delivery of your work the way you asked for it, maybe on hard drive, or DVD with professionally printed disc face and box, or as a TV ready show for air or streaming.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am degreed in Markeing and treat all video presentations as an extension of your company and image branding goals. I attend all trade conventions and subscribe to all the major publications including attendance at NAB, the national Association of broadcasters, CES the consumer electronic show, streaming media West, and stay in touch with all the publications from Sony Panasonic JVC and black magic design.
