- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I attend the yearly bankruptcy conventions hosted by NACBA and I completed over 30 hours of continuing legal education last year alone. I also attend networking events with other professionals where we exchange information.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do some research on your attorney and his or her firm. Google them, check with the better business bureau to see if their business is registered, look at their state bar profile to ensure they are eligible to practice law and do not have a disciplinary record, and read reviews about the attorney and his or her firm. If there are dissatisfied customers out there or anyone has filed a complaint, you may find details online.
