Guillermo and his assistant were fantastic. They arrived early and set up without needing anything from me, which was great so I could focus on other party preparations.
Guillermo had food ready on time for 80 guests for 3 hours and I received nothing but positive comments for the flavor and freshness of the tacos, chicken, pork and beef.
I do recommend Guillermo and I will hire him again!
