AM Home Remodeling installed a vinyl fence in my front yard. The work was done with quality craftsmanship, and the finish product came out beautifully. The cost was about mid-range from the three estimates I received. The reason why I went with this company was the quick response I received from Anselmo, and how pleasant the initial conversation went during that estimate. The only reason why this company didn't get a 5 star, it was do to the lack of communication on a no show date concerning a repair, and the slight attitude I received from Anselmo after returning to do the repairs. I feel his customer service skills need to be consistence from the beginning, though out and until the end.

AM Home Remodeling is my number one choice in contractors, I have had Anselmo do various jobs for my home and business. He is very easy to work with and always surpasses my expectations in creating the results and renovations of my projects. I recently had him repair my room in an addition to my house that was leaking and haven't had any problems. I also had him tear down an old patio trellis cover and create a new one. I really didn't have any ideas in mind and thought he would just replicate the old one. Well I'm happy I trusted him in creating the new one. It looks beautiful and modern and I really couldn't have come up with the idea. He even installed outdoor fans and the area looks great and inviting. His crew worked within the estimated time and considering I kept asking for other requests here and there as they would come up, he was very accommodating in meeting those new jobs as well.

We redid our master bath and flooring in the entry way and kitchen/dining room. In the bath we removed a tub and extended the shower. In the entry way and kitchen/dining room the existing tile was removed and new flooring installed. Anselmo and his team were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. Everything turned out beautifully and we love it!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I really don't have a price list system, every work its diferent. I am very reasonable in the price, but it works better if i have a chance to do a free estimate
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Free estimate. 2) If agreed on price write up a contract. 3) I never ask for money up front until some of the work is done. This way my customer is never at risk.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1.-As a youngster my family own a manufacturing wood frame buss. 2.- After graduating high school I went to SDCC for 2 yrs electrical program. 3.- worked for fletwood elec 2 yrs. 4.- Worked fir Ernie 5 yrs kitchen and bathroom remodeling. 5.- 2 yrs RM Construction. 6.- 1998 started Am Home Remodeling
