A. Look at their work space. A dirty shop says a lot about how much pride they take in their work. If you notice, our shop stays very clean. We take pride in our work and our shop shows it. Screen Printing shop does not have to be dirty and messing. All it take is a couple of minutes to clean up. If there's ink everywhere, don't be surprise when you open your box and pull out one of your shirts and there;s ink stains on it. A messing shop means a messing printer.
A. Ask to see their print schedule. If they don't have one, it means they're not organized. If their schedule is full, you may be waiting a while for your order. Ask them what their turnaround time is. Ask them to give you a date for delivery and how sure they are about that date. If your order is going to late, what is their communication protocol.
