A. Usually they ask me what I need to do to fix or replace the problem and what materials are needed. I let them know depending on the situation what happened to create the situation and what needs to be done and what I will do to make sure my work is done right so they wont have to worry about the problem happening again.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. You have to be willing to work hard every job is different and you have to be prepared for the job by having all your tools and necessary items needed and be able to understand what the customer is wanting or needing done
