First, let me tell you a little about myself. I have been working with almost every type of pet and know each very well. I own two dogs at the house and have two horses boarded.
I have been in the 4-H program for 8+ years, working with animals. In high school, I took a technical education training program and got certified to work as a veterinary assistant/technician with both large and small animals.
I love all animals and take great care of all of them. I want to work with animals and continue to work with them throughout my lifetime.
I am attending Southwestern College in Chula Vista, then transferring to a university. I love what I do and am very trustworthy, hardworking, and responsible.
Now, what do I have to offer?
I cannot have at-home pet sitting, but I am more than willing to go to your place and watch over your pet and home. I can walk, feed, water, and groom your dog; pick up their mess in the backyard; administer medications/vaccines, etc.
I can also pick up your mail, make sure the house is okay, water the plants, etc. Basically, I do anything and everything.
A. Have an interview with the person first, get to know who they are. Ask a lot of questions! You want the best care for your pet, so don't hire just anyone for the job, get someone who you can trust.
A. Most pets get scared and nervous when they have to stay some place new, and because of this some wont eat, or have other health problems. With me, you keep your pet at home, in an environment where they are used to being. Your pet gets one-on-one attention, exercise, and lots of love. I don't just stop by your house, feed your pet and leave, I stay for an hour-two hours to give your pet the attention he/she needs.
A. I love working with animals, and have always been around animals my whole life. Through the 4-H programs, and owning my own "zoo" at home, animals have always brought joy to my life.
A. I am very negotiable. I understand that money can become tight, and like to talk it over with my clients so we can both come an agreeable price. Price also depends on how long I will need to watch the pet, any special needs (vaccinations/medications), if you want your pet to go to a dog park or dog beach, and other house-hold duties.
