Had CastilloWorks Plumbing come out because they were the first one accept my call. I was skeptacle a first because he gave a good estimate and when i asked Ely if that price was locked, He answered, "Yes Maam"... I was hooked. I had experiences before where the estimate was only the starting price and it kept going up when it was done. Well with Ely the price was as promised.. Thanks youll be my plumber for life.

I contacted Castillo Works Plumbing to diagnose and fix my water heater. The plumber came out ( an hour late) and did thier initial troubleshooting and informed me the motor on my power vent water heater was bad. They contacted the manufacturer and discovered that the part was still under warrenty. Sounds like great news so far! Untill... I recieved a text message from the plumber stating that they could not get the part from thier supplier and that it would cost me 1800.00 for a new water heater. I asked about the warrenty and he stated that the manufacturer wanted them to run a diagnostics test and then would send out the new part and he just did not have time to do that work.
So... if I wanted to pay 1800 for a new heater he had time to do the work. If I wanted the warrenty work done (which takes less time!) then he would not do the work. They seriosly wanted me to replace a 5 year old water heater because the motor went out instead of just replacing the motor.
I can not recommend this plumber for any service... especially warrenty service.
