FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After I graduated from college with a 4 year telecommunications degree, I worked in outside sales for a small telephone company Introlink. They were bought by a large manufacturing company Intertell that let go all of the employees. I had been taught how to paint, fix sinks, build fences, and install doors by my Dad before leaving for college. Out of all the trades I enjoyed painting the most, so I started looking for work as a painter and before long, I had a small painting and handyman business working for other painting contractors and learning the tricks of the trade. After five years I got my own Contractors License in June of 1999 and never looked back with any regrets.
