We hired Matt do re-do our master bathroom tile in an enclosed shower and around a jetted tub, and install granite slabs for the vanitys. The shower contains one rounded wall, and needed a lower ceiling. This job was not trivial....
Matt's work far exceeded our expectations and his attention to detail was superior. We are very happy with the quality of his work, and most importantly, his ability to finish the work on schedule.

A. The customer should make sure that the provider is licensed and insured and should ask for a list of references to call.
A. The customer need to have a good idea of the tile types and colors that they want to use in their tile installation. It always helps me if the customer has some pictures or samples available at the time of the estimate so that I know what direction they are going and what their individual tastes are.
A. We have over 30 years experiance installing tile, we do it right and pay attention to detail. Brooks Tile uses only quality installation materials and methods.
A. This is the most satisfying job anyone could have, you start in the morning with nothing but a blank canvas and by the end of the day there is a masterpiece created from sand and clay.
A. I wish my customers better understood the differance between a professional job and a DIY job for instance 99% of our work in bathrooms is installed over a full wire reinforced mortar bed which gives us the ability to make the walls flat and plumb, where thinset installations follow the walls as they are.
A. Yes, I am a member of the Ceramic Tile and Stone Institute of Northern California and have been active with them for many years, and the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI)
A. Tile installations can be very simple or extremely complicated but certainly each job is different. Some instalIers bid jobs by the square foot which is based on an average but dosen't take in consideration size of the job or job access. I like to know all of my costs ie; labor, materials, and tile so that I can give the customer the very best price for their particular installation.
