- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each package that takes place in my office is one price. I also offer larger packages for more in-depth work, including weekly emails, video sessions, guided meditations and more.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My clients visit me for help with (but not limited to): anxiety, stress, mild depression, feeling "stuck", sleep issues, family issues, relationship issues, goal setting, general habit changes, trauma, and smoking cessation.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is important to have an open mind and positive expectations regarding the results gained from Hypnotherapy, Reiki, and Yoga. During our Hypnotherapy sessions, I guide you on an introspective journey using relaxation and visualization techniques. Together, we bring issues to the surface of your mind and analyze those issues that may be causing problems in your life.
