Courtney is phenomenal instructor, a talented makep artist, as well as an amazing human being! I took her makeup artist certification course in February and was amazed by how much I learned in such a short amount of time. The course is very hands on and Courtney's teaching style makes everything very easy to understand. Courtney is very encouraging and truley believes in all of her students. She gave me a great sense of confidence which helped me complete the course and move on to be a successful makeup artist!

As a photographer a make up artists job pushes my work to the next level. Shooting the models made up by Courtney Glam graduates is amazing. All the artist come out of the class with a new skill set that sets them apart in their field. Courtney is a pleasure to work with and by seeing the work of her students is an excellent instructor as well. Anybody interested in hair and make up should definitely take advantage of the services offered by Courtney's Glam.

Hi! A piece of paper does not matter if you have the gift Courtney has! She should be given a lot of support and love not the other way around. To have the guts to open her own thing in these times but also having the heart to do what she loves. Courtney made me feel beautiful with the work she did and I was quite the project. My hair was a disaster and I went to her for hair extensions and WOW! What an amazing job! She had nothing to work with but made it happen Soo much better than I ever though possible! She has an amazing personality, very sweet and made me feel very comfortable. Very knowledgeable about the maintenance and I have not had one problem with them and the price was great! Courtney is a total scam artist. She is not authorized to provide cosmetology services in any capacity in CA. She can't even certify you as a makeup artist. Just type in her name, phone number or business name and all of the truth about her shady business will pull up. The police and state dept. are investigating her for fraud now, as she already has a record for unemployment fraud. Please do your research and avoid the heartache and loss of money- your wallet is her bottom line!

Not licensed. By law she cannot practice cosmetology in the state of ca but does through Craigslist ads anyway. Destroyed many clients hair using cheap hair from Sally's and bad glue. She uses other people's photos on her website and Facebook page... None of that is her work. Currently under investigation with the Dept of Barbering and Cosmetology in CA. Keeps changing business names to hide bad y e l p reviews but you can see them under Ravished Beauty and Courtney's Glam in Cool, CA. Does not have the authority to license anyone for hair and makeup classes. The certificate is not worth the paper it's printed on!
