Introduction: I am EPA certified and have been installing and servicing HVAC since 2015. Not your normal HVAC guy that will charge an arm and a leg or try to sell you unnecessary equipment. I will explain everything to ensure you understand what is needed to be done to maintain your equipment as efficient as possible. Also, I am an electrician (I've been to school for both trades). Will explain electrical issues to you all that you understand what repairs if any, are needed in your home.

After contacting a formal company , and getting a quote for
$1600.00 I reached out to Ricardo - based on my issue his recommendation was to replace the air filter, and if that doesn’t fix it then contact him- problem solved! I was waiting for my home warranty to kick in, but he saved me nearly 2k - these AC companies will take advantage of you and have no integrity! Ricardo saved the day and saved me $$$$!

Ricardo was communicative, respectful and answered all my questions I had, he replaced my water heater and suggested some cost saving options. The work area was left clean and he gave me tips for minor maintenance to help my water heater working for a long time. Would hire again and recommend for handy man and repair service
