Introduction: Hello everyone. Thank you for coming to this page. If you are looking for someone to teach you the game of Tennis you have come to the right place. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced player, I can assure you that you will be able to learn and improve your game faster than ever before. My system focuses on a strong set of fundamentals and dedication. It focuses on developing and strengthening good technique as well as fixing areas of deficiency. I have been coaching for 20 years as a private and high school tennis coach. My Philosophy for teaching and developing students into the players they want to be is based on learning how to execute the techniques correctly until you no longer can do them incorrectly. Coach Marlon is an excellent teacher. He was able to observe the things I was doing wrong, and clearly show me the right technique. Even with just a few small changes, I was able to hit better ground strokes and improve my serves. He is very patient and encouraging, and even took some extra time to help me with my serve at end of my one hour lesson, free of charge. He truly values helping his students, ensuring that they make the improvement they are capable of!

Just finished our first lesson for my 14 year old son and within the first 30 minutes of the lesson I noticed a big difference in the way he was hitting the ball. Coach Marlon showed my son the proper swing path for the racquet and it made a huge difference. Coach Marlon is very patient and knowledgeable. We will definitely use Coach Marlon for future lessons and I highly recommend him.

Pricing is $60/hour for private lessons. Group lessons of 3 or more players is $50/hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My aim is to make my customers' goals a priority, whether my customer wants to learn as a beginner or have specific goals they want to achieve. We develop a plan together to achieve those goals depending on our resources.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have coached hundreds of students over the last 20 years as a high school coach. I presently coach my sons who play at the high school level and USTA Junior level. I've also coached dozens of students privately over the years.
