Fred was an incredible (and friendly!) home inspector to work with; not only was he thorough and provided more than what we expected, but he also explained what he was inspecting and what to look out for in the coming months. Fred also kept everything very clean, and checked in with us every so often with updates. We also got our report very quickly within 2 hours with a detailed writeup. We would highly recommend Fred!
