JCK contracted with me to perform a telephone wiring installation.
They committed to performing the job on a specific day and approx. time.
I tried on 2 separate occasions to confirm the date and time, but all I g got was "...maybe Tuesday Afternoon..."
Not only did they not show but they even have the decency to respond when I asked why they were not able to inform me of NOT coming.
Unfortunately, I will never use them and I certainly will discourage anyone else if I was ever asked to recommend someone for telephone services.
Finally, it puts a great deal of doubt in me continuing to use Thumbtack for any other services in the future - as their vetting process for vendors needs much better scrutiny!
