Juan has done work on four of my rental properties recently. He is very good at keeping his guys working efficiently while picking up supplies needed. He made great choices of all of the fixture replacements and was good at deciding exactly what to update to encourage quick tenant replacements. He emails pictures of his choices on the spot for my approval when needed. He emails any record keeping and job updates regularly. He calls when he and his crew arrives and leaves the jobsite. My rentals are in Dublin and Pleasanton but I live north of Sacramento so I appreciate that he is fantastic at keeping me in the loop all the way. Juan has lots of experience doing tenant turnovers and made many choices better than I could make even though I've had rentals for 20+ years.

Mr. Felix presented himself in a very professional way. He arrived on time for the estimate appointment and was also on time when he started the job. The job took 2 days. At the end of the first day, Juan and his assistance put all paint, drop cloths, etc.. away before leaving for the evening. He completed the job on time. Excellent work!!!
