Hello i am Jose Luis Alvarez. I have been doing Handyman/ Carpenter jobs for 20 years. I do many large scale remodels on houses, apartments, fences, bathrooms, Decks and carpet installation. Recently hired Jose and his construction crew to build a wheelchair ramp, replace attic insulation, and fix a broken post on the ramp, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.

Jose and his crew built me a new shower and I am very pleased with the outcome. They were always on time and cleaned up before leaving each day. They even did some extra details that I did not request, but enhanced the look of the bathroom. The price fit my budget and was very competitive. Previously, they had repaired my deck and railings, replaced a gate, fixed sagging cabinet doors, installed faucets, smoke detectors and safety bars. I would definitely recommend them as they do great work for a great price in many areas of the home, inside and out.

Jose and his team replaced cracking tile floor in my bathroom and tiled my front porch. His prices and reasonable and he was very knowledgeable. His team was professional, friendly, and punctual. I noticed that my bathroom door was sticking after they reattached it but he fixed it before I addressed it. I would hire him again for other projects.
