Introduction: I am the Only Certified Group Instructor in Corona. We Never do the same workout twice. Once you sign up for my program I hold you accountable each and everyday. It is about a lifestyle change with me fitness should be apart of your everyday life. Not something that you do for a short period of time. We all should have long term goals and short term goals when it comes to fitness. I love when I have a camper that starts there first week of camp and they struggle that first week.Then in the 4th week of camp they are moving at a different pace. They have gotten stronger,faster, and have toned up as well. It's the best feeling when my campers tell me that they have gotten compliments on how they look.

I had an amazing experience with Corona Adventure Bootcamp. I was worried at first that I was too old and too heavy and out of shape to do it, but Aaron was so enthusiastic and assured me that I could do it. From the very first day, I felt welcome and part of the group and Aaron allowed me to go at my own pace, yet pushed me to exceed what I thought I could do. The variety of exercises, the encouragement, the friends I made, and the results I achieved were all equally wonderful. I especially loved the friendly competition with the other campers which pushed me to keep trying to do better. It was also fun as I got stronger, to be the one that some of the others were trying to catch. I learned about nutrition, accountability, and the proper way to exercise which I still use to this day. I highly recommend Corona Adventure Camp and encourage you to try it. You CAN do it!!!!

I was a little aprehnsive of a boot camp at my age. I was not exactly fit, and wanted to jump start my energy level and my fitness level. I really loved it, instead of running and jumping Aaron had me power walk and changed down the jumping exercises. I was able to participate fully and looked forward to the workouts. If you want a great workout with all sizes, ages, and levels of fitness this is perfect. You feel comfortable giving what ever your best is, and are able to surprise yourself at how you can progress. I can't say enough about the motivational emails that I still get from Aaron, with handy tips, keeping you motivated. Thanks Aaron for an unforgettable experience.

I joined Corona adventure bootcamp in April of 2011 and since I’m glad to report that I have seen great improvement on my fitness. I’m still not where I want to be “looks wise” but I have found muscles I never knew I had, I have improved my mile time by at least 2minutes and better yet I can carry my kid, her car seat, my huge purse, her diaper bag and a few toys “no problem” all of this while wearing my 4” heals. Thank you, Aaron for your continued enthusiasm and support throughout this camp. You make working out very comfortable yet very challenging at the same time. Every day that I drive away I feel better and better about myself, and it’s just one more day closer to reaching my fitness level. Also big shout out to the lovely women of bootcamp, this group is truly supportive and inspiring.

When I joined Aarons Bootcamp I was looking for something very invigorating and something that would challenge me and get me results. I found the gym routine quite boring and not very effective. I am the type who needs to be pushed and motivated so Bootcamp fits who I am. Not only has my stamina increased, I have gotten stronger, healthier and I feel great. My skin tone has improved and I have lost lots of body fat and inches. All the classes are fun and its something different everyday so you never get bored. It’s so fun working out with the other ladies and how supportive they are helps keep you motivated toward your goal. I really like how Aaron incorporates the importance of nutrition and good eating habits in order to reach your individual goals. Not only do you get a great workout but having the nutritional challenge has been very helpful in helping me reach some of my goals. I love Bootcamp and really can’t see myself ever stopping. It certainly has become part of my daily life……and that’s a good thing.

Luv, Luv, Luv Corona Adventure Boot Camp! The workout is fun and efficient. We are always doing something different - I love the variety. I think Aaron dreams up new stuff every night just to challenge us campers. We go from one exercise to another keeping our heart rate up. The workouts involve strength training, calisthenics like pushups, jumping jacks, crunches and other body weight exercises...the difference lies in the intensity.** Camp is fun and challenging! I wake up ready to see my friends and work hard by taking my body to the limit. Yeah... I sweat and burn calories like crazy, but best of all it's FUN! **Come out and join us - you will have a great time and a great workout that is always fun!

    Advice I always give is find what works for you. There are several different programs that are designed to help you reach your fitness goals.Make sure that you are mentally and physically prepared. Make sure the Instructor holds you accountable. Also that they are encouraging you to change eating habits if they aren't where they need to be.
