Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. You need to find a notary with at least 6 years experience in signing loan documents because it takes a while to become proficient as a notary signing agent signing for escrow companies and lenders.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Again, years of experience as a notary signing agent is key because there are many people becoming notaries who have little or no experience signing loan documents and can make a mistake which can cost you a delay in closing your loan.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. How many years of experience do you have?
What escrow companies have you worked for?
Do you have any references I can contact?
