Coach Steve Friederang helps me with working and perfecting my stroke. He usually has me get in the pool, he films my stroke, and looks at my stroke in slow motion with me. We pick apart the little things that could make me every bit faster. We will do this until I feel I can put the correct tools together in order to catch the most amount of water and to swim the fastest to my ability. Steve does everything in his ability to help me, not only with my swimming technique, but my mental state as well. Steve's advice and ability to keep me focused on the task at hand for multiple hours impress me the most. He always knows how to make me want to work harder than I ever have, so I would have to say that his quality of work was outstanding, and I couldn't have asked for a better mentor, coach, and friend.
