Introduction: I own tropical Penguin, Inc. and have thirty years of experience coaching and teaching. I'm the technique coach at Cal Baptist University, the NAIA National Champions and NCAA record holders. I have degrees in biomechanics, and I am a former teacher of English, an author, and inventor. I've run workshops at the US Olympic Training Center and internationally for the best coaches and athletes in the world. But I also have been the first coach athletes have ever experienced making sure the foundation is broad and sound as only an experienced expert can.
