Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Shop around first, do some research on the company/professional you are looking to hire before trusting them with your data or system. I want you to feel comfortable with who you decide to work with and know that you made the right decision without a doubt.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Turnaround times are very important to me, personally, and most people cannot afford to be without their computers for very long periods of time, or not at all even. If repairs are needed, it is good to question how long it will take and what is the reason for the length of time needed to complete the repairs... you dont want your computer sitting on a desk for a week waiting to be repaired.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Find out if they specialize in any specific field of computers. Remember, there are countless areas of this industry that are vastly different from one another with very different technology, but all could be categorized as the same. Some networking professionals may not always know how to troubleshoot system problems or hardware issues. In my opinion, it is best to find out their background training first.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I take pride in what I do and I do it because I have a true passion for computers and enjoy being able to help others be able to enjoy computers as much as I do. I won't overcharge anyone for any reason on any service I provide, and if I can't fix what I was hired to fix then I won't charge a single dime. No matter how small or how big the job is, I fully devote myself to completing the task above and beyond the client's expectations. My client's satisfaction is what drives me to provide the absolute best service at the best price, every time. I want every customer to feel 100% confident that they made the right choice when they decided to contact me for their computer and networking needs.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. Continuing education is a must in this field. New technology is coming out every day and in order to stay knowledgeable in this industry you have to go to school, just like a medical doctor would. I am constantly studying new material, attending the latest seminars in security, network administration, and much more. I strive to keep up to date in this industry so my clients can rest assured that they made the right decision when they chose Black Dragons Internet and Network Consulting for all of their computer needs.
