    I guess you don't realize how truly valuable your data is until you are in threat of losing it. I recently went to Cambodia, an opportunity that doesn't come too often in life, and saved all of my footage onto my external hard drive. Only to have it fail on me the last day when I tried to retrieve it. Thank the Universe, The Data Recovery Man saved the day! I took it to Simon, he did an estimate beforehand, letting me know exactly what to expect. The rates are very reasonable for the valuable service they provide. Simon was extremely responsive, talked me through the whole process, answered all my questions immediately, and informed me every step of the way. They relieved the stress and fear (of losing my valuable data) and best of all, recovered all of my information at a reasonable cost. They have my unqualified recommendation.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. We recovery data on all Mac and PC formatted hard drives including desktops, laptops and external devices. Also we offer repairs on all makes of Apple and PC computers that are not covered by manufacturer warranties.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Understanding that failed hard drives have different levels of failure. To give a quote without first looking at the equipment is often not possible. A diagnostic of the drive is free and has no obligation to move forward.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We offer fixed flat rates based on the type of failure the drive has sustained. Most companies offer a low entry price with a sliding scale. We offer honest flat rates with many recoveries being performed at the base rate.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. Without too many details due to confidentiality... it was an external drive that was fully encrypted and mechanically failed. The drive and its data was fully recovered much to the customers relief.
