I have been working out with Aaron at Innovative Results regularly several times a week for just over 6 months. The training and work-outs are phenomenal and I am now capable of so much more than I ever thought possible. I have lost close to 60 pounds and have discovered LOTS of MUSCLES I didn't even know existed. I have tons more energy and truly enjoy life so much more. I feel younger turning 55 this year than I did 10 years ago. It's never too late. With Aaron's encouragement and expert training what I have done to be successful is show up every time and do my best . The cumulative effect of showing up at IR regularly is life changing. If you want this kind of change -- SHOW UP!

I met Aaron at Innovative Results a few months ago. I wanted to supplement my triathlon training with some total body workouts and Aaron was just the person to see. I went pretty much five days a week for a month & always looked forward to going back. Lots of gyms have the 'I'm better than you' mentality, but not with Aaron. He genuinely cared about my progression, discussed nutrition, injury prevention & rehab and overall fitness. All of the workouts were designed as 'full body' workouts. We'd be swinging ropes, kettle bell swings, running around...you name it. Due to my job situation, I haven't had the time to spend at the gym, but if things change, I'll definitely be back. I continually refer Aaron & Innovative Results to all of my friends that are looking for great trainers in Orange County.

I trained with Aaron and IR for a few years. I really enjoyed the experience. The trainers are knowledgeable and ensure that not only are you working out properly but motivate you to dig deep and push yourself to acheive your goals. They make the sessions fun, challenging and a learning experience. Innovative Results is not your traditional gym and thats definitely a good thing.
