I just got married on July 12th and I was so lucky to have found Sophie. A friend referred her to me and it was the best money I ever spent! From the moment I met her we had an instant connection. She is extremely organized (this coming from a very organized teacher) and she has a great vision for style and wonderful ideas. After researching many coordinators, she was by far the most affordable and willing to work within my budget. From the first meeting with her to the day of the wedding she was amazing! I could not have pulled off such a fabulous wedding without her and cannot thank her enough. Not only is she great, but so is the rest of the team. I had the opportunity to meet them the day of the wedding and I was so pleased with everything they did. I never thought I would be the type of person to hire a wedding coordinator however, the venue required it for the day of and BOY AM I GLAD. Sophie was able to walk me through the entire process and even did the difficult tasks of diagrams, reviewing contracts and saving me money. As organized as I am, there were things I had no idea about and Sophie was there to guide me all along. On the day of the wedding, I was confident I didn’t have to worry about a thing and I was right. The day went off without a hitch and if something did go wrong I had no idea and it was my dream wedding. She even joined me on the dance floor for a line dance and we had a blast. After the event, everything was cleaned up and put away in my dad’s car, as if a fairy Godmother had waved her wand and magic!!!!!! I am confident that anyone I refer her to will not be disappointed and will have the best wedding ever!

Heidi and I had the most amazing experience working with this great group. We had no idea how important having a good coordinator working directly with the photographer would be so beneficial. Thanks again for all of the help in making our wedding just fantastic.

We are so grateful to Sophie for everything she has done for us both during the wedding planning process and after our wedding. I should start by saying that Sophie is as exceptional as you can get. After deciding against a destination wedding in Norway in favor of a Greystone Mansion in Beverly Hills we contacted Sophie with a little less than 3 months to our date and asked her if she would be able to help us. To say she exceeded our expectations would be an understatement. Without fail almost daily Sophie worked with me and a huge team of vendors to make our vision happen—a monumental task considering the size of our venue and the fact that it needed to be completely furnished. She coordinated every little detail to perfection going beyond the typical duties of a planner. From working with the city to ensure the proper permits were filed, finding a last minute seamstress to alter my dresses, attending walkthroughs at Warner Brother’s prop house for period pieces to furnish the house, to working with the caterer to create a one of a kind seven course meal for our guests, there was not a single aspect of our wedding that she did not personally oversee. Even after the wedding she continued to work with the videographer and photographers to make sure we were happy with their work. I would recommend Sophie and her team for any wedding or event. By the end of the whole planning process I came to consider Sophie a great friend, which made planning our wedding that much more enjoyable. When I met the ladies of Stylish Details it was Kismet. When Sophie, Tricia and Mel were brought on to co-ordinate and plan my wedding all the fears melted away. From the beginning they asked all the questions that an overwhelmed bride wouldn't think about. Armed with industry knowledge these ladies kept me on budget and held true the vision of what I wanted for my wedding. As a bride working 12 hour days it was very important to me that I had a team that was very responsive since I had very little time. Stylish Details never missed a beat. They always made me feel like I was the only wedding they were working on when in fact they were probably working tons of others. Trust is a very important quality I look for when working with others and trust with this team developed within the first minute of meeting them. THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU. I will sing their praises to the moon and back! It rained on my wedding day and I had an outside venue. Stylish Details made it so easy and effortless . . . . no one even noticed!

I swore I didn’t need a Wedding Coordinator that I could handle it all by myself. After all, I manage fire drills all day long in my career. But the truth is, that, you as the bride don’t want to be managing anything that day. You’re there to be in the moment and that moment goes sooo fast as it is. Also, you can’t be in the moment if you’re worried about everything going well. So when it came to picking a coordinator, I did my research. She started off by asking all the right questions of us and had all the right answers, and on the big day, she delivered. She was responsive in the month leading up to the wedding and had all the details under control the whole time. The day of, she handled everything so seamlessly, that I didn’t even know if something didn’t go right. I also didn’t have to think about logistics, or flow of the evening. I didn’t have a rehearsal dinner and the ceremony was a little complicated, so she arranged for a fast rehearsal beforehand. She thinks fast on her feet to make it right. Also, I’m a details person and she managed all the details to perfection. The last thing I’ll say is that you should look for a wedding coordinator that is emotionally supportive. You think this is the happiest day of your life, but nerves play a big role. Sophie was very reassuring in moments where I started to get nervous (like right before I walked down the aisle). Believe me, you want to work people that day that you like as people and want to be around. These interactions become part of your memories of that day. It’s for all of these reasons why I recommend Sophie.
