This is a super exciting time, but we also know how overwhelming the planning process can be. Stylish Details was born in 2011 and now has a team of over six expert wedding planners and designers. Collectively, we have successfully planned over 200 events! Our goal is to create the ultimate planning experience for our brides and grooms by providing them with the best planning and design services in the industry.

I just got married on July 12th and I was so lucky to have found Sophie. A friend referred her to me and it was the best money I ever spent! From the moment I met her we had an instant connection. She is extremely organized (this coming from a very organized teacher) and she has a great vision for style and wonderful ideas. After researching many coordinators, she was by far the most affordable and willing to work within my budget. From the first meeting with her to the day of the wedding she was amazing! I could not have pulled off such a fabulous wedding without her and cannot thank her enough. Not only is she great, but so is the rest of the team. I had the opportunity to meet them the day of the wedding and I was so pleased with everything they did. I never thought I would be the type of person to hire a wedding coordinator however, the venue required it for the day of and BOY AM I GLAD. Sophie was able to walk me through the entire process and even did the difficult tasks of diagrams, reviewing contracts and saving me money. As organized as I am, there were things I had no idea about and Sophie was there to guide me all along.
On the day of the wedding, I was confident I didnt have to worry about a thing and I was right. The day went off without a hitch and if something did go wrong I had no idea and it was my dream wedding. She even joined me on the dance floor for a line dance and we had a blast. After the event, everything was cleaned up and put away in my dads car, as if a fairy Godmother had waved her wand and magic!!!!!!
I am confident that anyone I refer her to will not be disappointed and will have the best wedding ever!

As a little girl, I never dreamed of getting married or even pictured my wedding day. When I became engaged, anxiety arose the very moment I said, yes to the ring. It was overwhelming and I was unsure where to start, what style to have, what I needed, etc. It was during this time that I was browsing through websites and came across a wedding that simply looked breathtaking. I immediately contacted the bride from the wedding and asked her for details. She recommended me to Sophie.
I knew then that what I wanted on my wedding day was something unique, different, and simply me. Nothing traditional because I had been to thousands of those weddings before and they are pretty boring, in my opinion, so Sophie was just exactly what I needed.
My fiancé and I met with her and she blew us away with her charming personality and vision for perfection. She organized everything from the florist, who was amazing by the way. I had never been a flower, person but those flowers were breathtaking. Then, Sophie coordinated our engagement session, she gave me tons of ideas, and gave me time to think about what I wanted. She helped with centerpieces and all the details on my wedding day. It was beyond a magical experience, everyone was so in love with all the details on my wedding. She made sure I had this sign I truly wanted that stated, This is where the story begins. On the day of our wedding, she made sure the first look shoot was of me walking towards my husband, and to be praying before we saw each other. My husband and I could not have asked for a better way to spend our money and I would do it again and again. Sophie is professional and makes sure your ideas are heard, and never imposed her opinion on us, but helped me decide on and have a clear vision. One thing we wished we had done was taken a picture of our wedding day with Sophie and everyone who was a huge part of making our wedding day a success. Stylish Details was the biggest part in helping us on the biggest day of our lives.

My husband and I loved our wedding! Sophie walked us through the entire planning process, including helping us choose the best venue and vendors for our budget. On the big day, it was nice knowing that Sophie would take care of all of the details so that we didn't have to think about them. We could focus all of our attention on enjoying the precious moments. The site decorations looked beautiful and the timing was perfect. It was exactly the wedding we wanted. Thank you, Sophie and the Stylish Details team!

I swore I didnt need a Wedding Coordinator that I could handle it all by myself. After all, I manage fire drills all day long in my career. But the truth is, that, you as the bride dont want to be managing anything that day. Youre there to be in the moment and that moment goes sooo fast as it is. Also, you cant be in the moment if youre worried about everything going well. So when it came to picking a coordinator, I did my research. She started off by asking all the right questions of us and had all the right answers, and on the big day, she delivered. She was responsive in the month leading up to the wedding and had all the details under control the whole time.
The day of, she handled everything so seamlessly, that I didnt even know if something didnt go right. I also didnt have to think about logistics, or flow of the evening. I didnt have a rehearsal dinner and the ceremony was a little complicated, so she arranged for a fast rehearsal beforehand. She thinks fast on her feet to make it right. Also, Im a details person and she managed all the details to perfection. The last thing Ill say is that you should look for a wedding coordinator that is emotionally supportive. You think this is the happiest day of your life, but nerves play a big role. Sophie was very reassuring in moments where I started to get nervous (like right before I walked down the aisle). Believe me, you want to work people that day that you like as people and want to be around. These interactions become part of your memories of that day. Its for all of these reasons why I recommend Sophie.
