Introduction: We work on a client to client, job to job basis. This means that, unlike other culinary companies or restaurants, we do not have set menus to choose from nor do we have set pricing that we list on our website. We feel that this enables us to work with a wide variety of clientele and does not limit us to one specific cuisine or style of cooking.
Furthermore, this gives each of our clients something special and encourages a relationship between diner and chef. We are not cooks that hide in the kitchen, we like to be a part of the process from beginning to end.

gourmet meals in the mountains and delivered to your home or office. Absolutely wonderful and have never been disappointed.
Rotating menu so the specials are never the same from week to week And each meal is spiced to perfection as if I was cooking that meal myself. And the salads are fresh wiith home made dressing that works well with the greens and entree.
Delivery is on time and packaged so that warming via microwave
is doable for the next days entree

IT WAS ALL SMOOTH SAILING, AND THE FOOD HAD FLAVOR THAT WAS DISCREET WITH FLAVORS. THE CHEESECAKE WAS RICH AND THE CARROT CAKE WAS MY FAVORITE, I COULD NOT STOP TAKING A LITTLE MORE, AND WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU HAD AN INTERESTING CARROT CAKE. LOVED EVERYTHING!!!!!

Sheila does amazing work. Her food is artwork on a plate and her presentations are beautiful. I have hired her for multiple parties and have never been disappointed or unsatisfied. My guests have always been happy and they rave about the food for days. She offers fair prices and presents amazing work. She is always so kind and she genuinely cares about her customers. Not to mention, her cheesecakes are to die for!!!

Sheila catered our staff Christmas party and did an outstanding job. I own a fine dining restaurant and wanted the staff to be impressed with the meal, (apps were scrumptious and two entrees and sides were hot and delicious) and she did not let me down. At the end of the evening I r served her services for next year.
