Introduction: We take architecture as a psychological issue - the piece of land, an edifice or a structure as being utilized the same way it should create certain emotions to the viewer, mentally connecting it with the state of sculptural expression. Our design work is based on extensive brainstorming, where depending on the type of client, category building, materials chosen, landscaping, and urban attitude a particular process methodology is implemented. Each project is approached with its own specificity, uniqueness, and the process of designing is the one which brings to it its own architectural handwriting. In the Studio 3D, different computer software allow exploring in very depth each detail and not a little corner is left without being carefully studied. We thoroughly believe also in the sustainable design philosophy that this is the future where architecture goes, and we stay firmly behind it. The sustainable architectural design has to go hand by hand with renewable energy, and give a better future for the next generation. The project budgeting and value analysis are looked under scrutiny to be able to lower the cost as much as possible, without compromising the quality of the design in both highly-competitive private and cost conscious government sectors. Working tightly with cost estimators and surveyors, the office takes it with main responsibility that the project is executed precisely, within the budget, and in the time frame.
