-Have you been workout out in the past 3 months, and if yes, what kind of workout/sports?
-How does your schedule look like/? When do you have time?
Please answer me those question as soon as possible. Then we can set up our first personal training sessions which will also include a 3-day diet analysis and a personalized workout program. I usually train my clients at parks, at their homes, private gyms, stairs, beach etc...
