A. This is a full service Yoga/Meditation center run by trained instructors by the Art of Living Foundation with centers in around 150 countries. People have the flexibility to attend sessions in any other center in the bay area, US, or internationally when they move or travel

A. Instructors are Silicon Valley professionals and are passionate about volunteering to share with attendees their own experience in their life with continued practice of Yoga and Yogic breathing techniques
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. What is Sudarshan Kriya which is taught in the Art of Living Happiness program and how is it different from other Yoga practices.
Sudarshan Kriya is an ancient technique that deeply impacts one's nervous system. It brings about a sense of connection to one's surroundings. Life appears more charming with a sense of fullness that arises in the heart with the technique. Regular Yoga works on the body and the mind to some extent. Sudarshan Kriya complements physical Yoga.

A. A mother attended the course and signed up her husband and two daughters for the course within a month.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. We absorb new facts and techniques when it is being shared and taught by someone with a similar background as us.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. Because of my own personal transformation.

A. A college student was going through an abusive relationship and she decided to take action after taking the happiness program

A. The foundation offers Silence and meditation retreats in Bay area almost every month.
Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?
A. All premier research institutions are studying brain changes due to meditation and related practices. Norwegian university has published a report on molecular level changes in the human cell with the practice of Sudarshan Kriya.
