FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I require a contract before beginning work. Thus is standard in Architecture even if it has gone unmentioned.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find it important to understand my client's goals, their expected timeline, client's needs and their apprehensions. I definitely understand that Architecture is not a small investment in time or money, and understanding where my clients anxieties are, is very important so that I can lessen those by providing the appropriate information and sense of security.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two Undergraduate degrees from UC Berkeley, one in Architecture, and one in Fine Art. Added to that I have a Master's in Architecture from UCLA. I have worked in the architectural industry for over a decade, mostly focusing on high-end custom homes.
