A. Most common are bathroom and kitchen remodels.......
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Be careful, check the referrals, license, finished project.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. The process secrets we prefer to keep secret, the only thing customer is worried about is the quality of the products used and the quality of the craftsmanship, because the combination of this two will tell you how long the finished project will stay in it's original shape. And here we can be really helpful, we educate our clients on the material parameters and basic installation methods, this is important, because even if you pay more, you will not necessarily get a better product, knowledge comes with experience, and we will share it with our client.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Everything we do is of exceptional quality, and many things that we do are know-hows, that only our company provide, not even nationwide, but worldwide, at least we were not able to find similar creations anywhere else. Most of our projects end up to be a one of a kind masterpiece, unique and stunning. And this is not just a statement, it is the truth.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Achievements and creation of a new piece of art every time, that's what we are looking for, sometimes even the simple things that bright up the project, and here comes satisfaction ... you just made the world look a little better.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Hello, can you do ....? YES WE CAN! It's a number one every time, and the second one is our availability, most of the time there is a few day to a couple of weeks waiting period, we are in demand, only not-so-good contractors don't have it, unfortunately I do have an example, we have remodeled a couple of houses, after another contractors.. long and sad story. One case is still open, the other one was won, but no money collected due to the bankruptcy of the company.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. One of the favorite stories is: we came to reseal few windows and ended up remodeling three bathrooms and repainting the whole house, do small things right and bigger things will come to you.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. I wish customers knew more about our company by coming to our finished project, so they can see everything with their own eyes, almost 100% of our clients who decided to do so signed the contract right away.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. This was easy, our father and grand father used to be in the same line.

A. We are doing research on newer materials on the market almost every day, we are using the latest and the best.
Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?
A. Planning to start investing in bigger remodeling projects as well as new construction.
