I teach kids about where their food comes from. As I draw them into the class with fun things, measuring and getting involved in the process, they are ready to try something new.
Using fun names like "White Mountain Pizza" filled with broccoli and light cheese on a thin crust, or "Little Baby Cabbages" for our Brussel sprouts recipe, they are more interested in trying something new.
Eating healthy. Teaching healthy. Engaging kids in the process of learning to eat well and hoping these lessons will last a lifetime.
