Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. The most common jobs S3CC receives are for data protection and disaster recovery services. Other common jobs are implementation of document management systems, and computer repair services (either break/fix or proactive monitoring).

Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.

A. 1. Just completed a highly customized human resources portal in SharePoint involving various Microsoft InfoPath forms, complex security, and workflows.

2. Recently completed migrating a client from POP3 email to a hosted email solution incorporating email retention policies and security.

3. Recently established a client on cloud-computing for online data backup involving a version control and retention policy for governing and internal compliance requirements.
