Testimonial:

Staci is an excellent horse trainer and teacher and we have been lucky to have been able to use her services. When we leased her beautiful Cachet, we always looked forward to going down to the barn and seeing her as well as riding her perfectly trained Arab Mare. Staci is a Professional who's safety conscious and attentive methods really teach both beginner and experienced horse lovers new ways to interact with horses and to take care of them. She is talented with training both people and horses. Staci is a gentle and patient teacher and when she gives you a lesson you not only are relaxed due to her experienced guidance; but she also knows where to correct and where to encourage. Her horses are all delightful, partially due to how well trained they are and also they are so well chosen and taken care of. As a mom, safety is my first priority and I couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable and attentive trainer than Staci. We thoroughly enjoyed leasing Cachet who is a total sweetheart, and look forward to a continued relationship with Staci in the future. Thanks Staci!!!!

After sustaining a terrible injury I was not able to ride my horse for over a year. Placing her in Staci's hands at Horizon Arabians was the best thing that ever happened to my horse Liberty and to myself. I was able to put my full trust in Staci to take the very best care of my horse when I was not able to. Liberty received excellent care and four days a week Staci rode her. This was a great time to take advantage of reinforcing what her training had been in the past and for Staci to add her special touches to that training.Liberty is in a new home now and the family that has her, loves her and all that she is able to do because of the wonderful training Staci did with her! I recommend Horizon Arabians to all my friends who need an excellent trainer and someone that takes wonderful care of their beloved horse when they are not able to. We love you Staci

Staci is a delight to work with. She showed a great deal of patience and has a wealth of knowledge. Her experience and love of horses was very apparent. I met with her for an introductory class that was about 1 1/2 hours. The only thing I wish I could change would be how far away her barn is from my home.

I've never ever been horseback riding before, Staci was very friendly and cordial even though I was a half and hour late to my appointment. I think she did a good job showing me the basics on how to tack up a horse and the proper safety precautions to take when approaching and riding. It was a cool first experience. Ill be back to learn more! I wish the lesson could have been longer, haha!

I have found it hard to find a horse riding instructor for just pleasure riding. Most are specialized in English (hunter/jumper, dressage) and teach even beginners using the English saddle. I took 7 lessons before finding Staci and still did not feel comfortable with my legs, hands, or seat. She was able to get me to feel more comfortable in the saddle by making me aware of how it felt to be doing some little task right. I was looking for an instructor closer than 20 miles from my home. Her facility is more than 30 miles, but I think that it is worth the drive because I have learned more than I had with other instructors.

I first met Staci when she was working for a very well respected trainer in our area. I was impressed by her way with horses and her kind but firm manner with them. When my homebred filly was ready to break to ride, I took her to the trainer Staci was working for and Staci played a huge role in her training, and was in fact the first person to ever get on her back. I was VERY pleased with the training my filly received, and my filly and Staci got along very well. Staci now owns her own training business and when I needed more training on my horse, I knew Staci was the one I wanted to go back to. I have not been unhappy. My horse is well cared for, happy, and trained beautifully. I would highly reccommend Staci to anyone who is looking for a good honest horse trainer. Thank you Staci!!

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Before you schedule for your horse to be trained or take lessons, I would make an appointment to just see the facility and talk in person to the horsemen/women. Make sure you are comforable!

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Like anything ask for refferances. A horse trainer that can't povide good refferances, is more likely not be a the right service professional.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. My work stands out from other becuase I do a wide range of horse activeties. Many Horse Proffessionals speicallize in just one or two things. I train horse and people in maney different activeties, it keeps thing interesting for the horses and people I train. the horses I work with are happy to go to work and learn new things, and so are the owners, and lesson clients I chair my experances with.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I really like my job alot, its hard to just pick one thing. It makes me happy when my lesson clients are injoying themselfs, when horse finally get something I have been trying to teach them, and I love it when horse and their owners do very will at compitions.
