Introduction: People say my smile light up the room and instantly make them happy. When people are happy they are more likely to learn and enjoy the process. My energy is consistent with my message, very long lasting. My work changes people's life from the inside. The result and impact I have on the audience. When people come to me after a session and say things like " Of all the speakers I have listen to, and I have listened to a lot of them, you had the most positive impact on me" The Dalai Lama says, "The purpose of life is to be happy." To be able to remind people that they can be happy and that they can learn to be happy by using some very simple and powerful strategies get me excited about my work. Letting people know they can treat "Happiness like a skill and can have "Happiness as a Default Position" is totally cool. Knowing that by encouraging individuals to be the "Happiness you want to see in the world" makes the world a happier place for all of us. Finally, see the sparkle in people’s eye after they listen to my talk and the empowering they receive, makes my work and life fulfilling.
