Reiki is gentle, non-invasive and soothing. The recipient of a Reiki session simply remains on the table fully clothed (with the exception of shoes) as the practitioner places their hands at various locations on the recipient's body.
Reiki can be performed either in person or by way of long distance or absentee method. In this particular instance, I am only offering sessions in absentia.
