I am a college Math/Music major from Haverford College and I tutor from elementary to high school. Tutoring Subjects: • All basic Math, pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, pre-Calculus and Calculus. For students who want to get ahead, I can help them learn concepts beyond what the classes teach. • Reading, grammar and writing fundamentals. • Biology, Chemistry and any history class from Greek history to AP US History. Music Lessons: • Beginning through advanced instruction in: ~Trumpet ~ Clarinet ~ French Horn • Music theory basics and ear training. • As a multi-instrumentalist, I can help your child find the instrument about which they are most passionate. I've had nearly a decade of experience playing clarinet, french horn and trumpet (as well as most other brass and woodwind instruments) in jazz bands and orchestras. I've coached students and been a private teacher for the past five years. I believe strongly in establishing a strong understanding in music theory but incorporate aspects that keep the student interested in their instrument. I additionally give lessons in film production, photo editing and computer/software use.
