Adrian was awesome. It started to rain and he was checking for a leak outside but still managed to fix it! Very impressed with his knowledge of the situation. When everything was dry, we could see that he'd fixed the leak and cleaned the pipe too. Very happy!

I was extremely disappointed with the work performed here. Initially, he was highly responsive and managed to schedule a visit during the same week, on a Wednesday, which I appreciated. Upon his arrival, I outlined the task of connecting my sink, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and bathroom sink, following the installation of new sinks. We conducted tests to check for leaks after the job was completed. Unfortunately, the dishwasher caused excessive water splashing, and he suggested a possible hose clog. It was getting late, so he promised to return on Sunday morning to address this issue and agreed to update the bathroom sink pipes, which he installed using putty – an outdated method. I initially thought he was very genuine about returning to do these things. Given this plan, I messaged him on Saturday night to confirm the Sunday appointment. However, he responded that he couldn't make it the next day but could come on Wednesday. I agreed to the rescheduled date and sought to finalize a time, but my messages went unanswered. My attempts to contact him on Tuesday night and Wednesday morning were similarly met with silence, leading me to realize that he had blocked my phone number. I then resorted to messaging him on Thumbtack, where he cited a family emergency, stating he couldn't return for two weeks. In light of the situation, I requested a partial refund, to which he agreed, returning half of the payment I made for the bathroom plumbing installation. My disappointment stems from the considerable gap between the initial commitment to resolve the issues and the subsequent lack of communication. Additionally, he left a mess under both sinks despite assuring me he would clean up before leaving. While he did install what was initially agreed upon, I expected a more reliable and professional approach, both in the quality of work and in keeping commitments.
