  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    It is important to ask if the company and its employees are IICRC certified. If so, ask for what services (there are many)? Are if they insured? Do they have workmans comp? Would they be willing to provide you 'current' copies of their insurance coverage? Will they guarantee their work for 1,2 or 3 years? It is important to know these things to ensure the work is being done right, but most importantly to shield you from protential law suits and/or liabilities if something bad were to happen to you, a worker or your property.
