Introduction: I have been a glazier, carpenter and construction worker for the past 20years. For the last eight years I was a lead glazier for a high end glass company in San Francisco. We had a double-pane window that had a broken seal. Jacob came out to inspect the job and recommended new glass and caulking to seal the glass from any future issues. He was super professional and punctual. I highly recommend Jacob for any and all glass/window repair!
