Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. By far, I design and print business cards the most, however brochures, flyers, signs, forms, banners and newsletters make up much of my weekly projects. If it's printed, I can do it.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. I think experience and a proven track record are key to the success of any project. I have extensive experience in the printing industry and guaranty satisfaction.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love designing beautiful, unique, eye-catching projects that help businesses to succeed. In addition, competitive pricing allows me to save my clients money, and that makes me very happy. My clients give me great feed back about my design work and finished printing projects, so what could be better?
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. 1. The first question most clients ask is "how much do you charge." I like to give them a quote up front so that there isn't any confusion about the end price.
2. People ask what my turn-around time is. I can usually get most design projects done in 24-48 hours. Larger projects take a little longer. Printing projects normally take about 5 working days to complete, although depending on the complexity of a job, it can be turned around in just a day.
