Mother Nature's Carpet Cleaning started a few years ago when my wife and I decided to open an honest, reasonably priced and socially responsible company. We wanted to create a company where our customers' satisfaction was our number one priority, and it really makes us happy to see our clients happy. 95% of all our jobs comes from referrals, which shows just how much our customers like us and feel they can refer us.
We are fully licensed and insured and provide all the work in house. We have set prices and never change the price once we arrive to your home. There is no bait n' switch with our company; no up charges. We believe in being fair and honest. There is no reason to overcharge someone so much if you can still make a living without it.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I would want to know a few things:
1) Carpet Cleaning is Hard Physical Work
2) Most Carpet Cleaning Companies do not use the right products
3) There is soooo much dirt and dust mites inside everyone's carpets! Clean them once every 6 months!
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We are honest and socially responsible - we don't believe in sales pitches and one time jobs. We truly believe in building long term relationships with our customers to keep then using our services for years to come. Many other companies are in it for the one time money maker and do not really care about how satisfied their customers are.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love to see people happy after they see the results - I always try to show my customers the amount of dirt that accumulated into the carpets once I empty out the machine. The water is so black sometimes that people don't believe it came out of their own carpets! I love making people happy and talking with them about their life and experiences.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Why do you care do much or how did you become so nice? Well, I worked in the field for a few years with a company that really didn't care about the work they did, they only cared about the profits. I had such a hard time at this job - I was constantly losing money for the company because I would choose not to lie to clients and not over sell them with products they didn't really need. This frustration turned into a passion to be honest and make things right - that's how my company came about!
