I offer Holistic Services for prevention and complementary for most health problems. Wellness Consultations based on Ayurveda include nutrition, lifestyle, herbs, stress reduction and more. Treatment options include Massage Therapy, Energy Healing, Mind Body Medicine, Panchakarma Detox Treatments, Yoga and more. In addition to time tested Healing Modalities I offer Sessions that utilize innovative technology to assist with chronic pain and faster recovery from injury and after surgery. Every client is unique and I enjoy designing Sessions and Treatment Plans that increase wellbeing. I like to empower my clients with self help techniques.

Elke was very nice and welcoming. She drove quite a while to reach my place. I wanted ayurvedic consultation and she was very knowledgable. She explained ayurveda from a holistic view, examined my tongue and pulse, and asked a series of questions to give me a very personalized diagnostic. She stayed an extra 30 minutes with me and charged no extra. I was very satisfied and would recommend her to anyone interested in ayurvedic treatment

I have been a client of Elke's for more that 6 years. I have been seeing her regarding several health concerns including neck issues related to computer over-use at work, and arthritic pain in my knees and shoulder. I have experienced a panoply of treatments under her care - all highly effective. Elke is adept at many traditional alternative healing methods allied with some new innovative treatments. In essence, her approach is to first identify habits in movement, diet or lifestyle that over time have resulted in chronic conditions of pain or disease and then to bring a rich variety of remedies, not accessible through modern medicine, to bear on the complaint. She is trained in Ayurveda and other holistic medicine systems which include many modalities such as variety of massage techniques, dietary and herbal consultations, therapeutic yoga, stress reduction, energy balancing, color-puncture, light therapy and much more. Elke is a dedicated healer who is passionate about her calling and compassionate with her clients. I've been going to see Elke for the past 7 years. She's an incredible and talented healer. Very thorough and takes her time to make sure that the best care is given. I always leave refreshed, pampered and nourished. One of the most genuine therapist 've seen who who is very skilled in what she does in the realm of Ayurveda and bodywork therapies.

Last year Elke helped me heal psoriasis, which multiple dermatologists told me would be chronic. Elke was helpful, soothing, and approached my problem not as chronic but as something I could change. And I did! I would absolutely recommend Elke to a friend.
