Ernie and his assistant, Mike came to replace a shower pan in the bathroom. It was supposed to be a straightforward job. However, monkey wrenches kept being thrown into the work (lead welded drain, drain off center, and several other issues, but both persisted and managed to figure out all the challenges that came up. As frustrating and time consuming the job was, I never heard any expletives or loss of temper. The guys started at 8am and finished at 9:30pm, quite an endurance test. Since time was of essence for me they stuck with the schedule and got it done. Kudos to both of them. I would definitely use them again.
