A. Our jobs are mainly computer related. However we also repair Apple products and various gaming consoles such as the Xbox 360, Wii, and the PS3. We also offer Web Design, Hosting, and Graphic Design services.

A. Make sure whomever your hiring has adequate experience and they understand the value in "Customer Service". We like to partner up for life. So the first time we work for you, the questions get answered, and the problems get fixed.

Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. We have been doing this for over 15 years. This is a passion not a hobby. We strive to give the best support and information possible. We love when our customers get that "Light Bulb" look after they realized they learned something new about their computer.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. Technology, Computers, Video Games, have always been my passion and I could never get tired of doing them.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. The internet has a vast amount of knowledge and tips as far as computer service. We tend to rely on our experience and our customers feedback to gain the knowledge we need. One of the benefits that we give our customers is the lowest prices possible. That would not be possible if we had to renew several licenses every year for thousands of dollars.
Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.
A. Our most recent job was repairing two xBox 360 consoles. Both had the ring of death and needed new hard drives. We saved our customer money by buying standard hard drives and flashing them to Microsoft's firmware specs. Right now we have a special on repairing any gaming console for only $50. Any additional hardware would be extra.
