A. My partner and I have over 40 years of home building /repair experience our quality and attention to detail and clean,safe work ethic is 2 nd to none,we treat each job like its our own home

A. We can only tell our customers how we work...but until they choose us to serve them,most customers are suprised, we work clean and really care

A. I always loved serving...I worked with a gentleman that lived on our block on the weekends,and loved the challange and satisfaction of working hard and sticking with a project until completion

A. the project we are just finishing...18X20 room and bath addition was a job from planning to the last touch up paint...its fun to see a backyard with grass...then weeks later a beautiful home

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I attend a community college quite frequently,residential construciton,residential electrical,receive "kitchen and bath" and other interior construction publications

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. Planning and building "green" is todays requirement
solar,and alternate power sources,minimal "carbon trail" is the new residential construction protocol

A. Be as honest and up front to the customer
abid by the California State License Board requirements
never ask for more money up front than allowed by law ( 10 % ) of total job
always have an agreement
the customer is always king
be professional
treat your customer as you would want to be treated
