Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I would want to know what our secret formula to getting great results is! The answer - there is none!! Too many people have been burnt and let down by people offering "secret formulas". BodyWorks Lifestyle works with each person individually to create their personal "plan for success", covering all aspects of their fitness routine, their nutrition and helping them to balance works and play so that they can get the results that they have always dreamed of.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. BodyWorks Lifestyle is not just about fitness, it’s about taking control—of your weight, your stress levels, your nutrition, your choices and your health! We offer a full range of training for all fitness levels and work with everyone to help them reach their goals. Rather than other trainers who spend most of their time looking at themselves in the mirror, our Trainers are 100% committed to helping our clients reach their goals.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. What keeps us motivated and coming back to work each day is the clients that we work with and seeing them reach their goals. Telling someone that they have just lost 23lbs and seeing tears of joy in their eyes, or getting a high five from someone who has finally been able to run a mile! It's the clients that make our day.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Clients ask us every day about what they need to do outside of training with us. We have 2 answers.
#1 - Watch what you eat. Fat loss is going to speed up if we watch what we put into our bodies. We give our clients all customized nutrition guidelines for them, so we make it as easy as we can for them to follow and get the weight dropping off.
#2 - Stretch! Stretching is often overlooked when planning a smart fitness / weight loss program. Simply by having our clients stretch we can often start to get them to lose weight and start to feel better. Combine that with preventing injury and you have a great combo.
