Safe appliance person was on time and very professional. However, my dryer issue was more extensive than first thought and was not able to fix without replacing a major part. He gave me other options to repair.

Ahmad was great and provided amazing service. He diagnosed the issue with my washer, explained it to me in detail including why it was worth fixing the washer as opposed to buying a new one. He identified the part I needed, drove to pick it up and came back and fixed my unit all within a two hour time frame. He ended the visit by educating me on how to get the most out of my washer to prolong its usage over time. Highly recommend working with him.

Very diligent worker focused on the details. Only issue was setting an appointment time when installing the new microwave - “ I’ll be there tomorrow afternoon “ versus “does 3:00 work you?” Which I personally would have preferred.
