C. Athena Roussos, Attorney at Law

Introduction: I specialize in civil appeals, writs, and law and motion matters in the California courts in a broad variety of cases. I am also experienced in civil litigation, both in the state and federal courts. I have argued and won cases in the California Supreme Court, the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and other appellate courts throughout California, and have obtained numerous reported decisions in favor of my clients. I have also taught courses as a lecturer at Pacific McGeorge School of Law in appellate advocacy and legal writing. In addition to handling appeals and writs, I provide consultations for potential appeals, assistance in trial proceedings where an appeal is anticipated, and other general litigation support to trial attorneys, in nearly every type of civil case. I also represent clients in trial court litigation on a limited basis. I represent individuals, businesses, associations, and public agencies.
